Amazon Released their best selling games of this year, now they do not dabble in online gaming as much as other stores so there are no computer versions taken into account on this list. Other places such as IGN will have different lists depending their own sales. Amazon’s list is based on their sales of this year.

- Call of Duty: Black Ops II
- Assassin’s Creed III
- Madden NFL 13
- Diablo III
- Just Dance 3
- Borderlands 2
- Mass Effect 3
- Fifa Soccer 13
So if you look at the list critically, there are 6 games have a form of violence in them, 2 that are sport oriented, and 2 that are dance oriented. Of those 6 games that are in a higher violence category, 2 are MMORPG style, Mass Effect 3 and Diablo 3, which if you look back to the avatar creation review, (http://wp.me/p30yC4-1y) may give an idea about why these games are in the top 10.
The last 4, Halo4, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Assassin’s Creed, and Borderlands 2, are first person shooters, which have yet to have a good study on. I would be interested to see the personality types of these players to see if they choose these types of games for fulfillment or pleasure. Could be fun!
